Action Energy use industry standard SBEM modelling software to create certificates for an extensive variety of buildings. Action Energy works with clients to issue an NDEPC with a Recommendation Report and if required, designs and delivers staff training to help reduce energy costs.

• We only use in-house Commercial Energy Assessors for data collection and the creation of Energy Performance Certificates working all the time to agreed standards of safety and ethics. All of our Assessors hold the contractors National Safety Passport
• We draw on our expertise and experience in the field of energy assessment to produce accurate EPCs using the latest surveying and measuring equipment.
• The collected data is used to generate energy models using the Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM) software produced by BRE. The energy model is then carefully audited against the input data and then used by the software as the basis for the creation of the EPC.
• Key findings are discussed with the client before the EPC is lodged on the central database.
• All data is stored electronically on in-house computers which are backed up to remote servers to offer high levels of data security
• Action Energy offer competitive rates and a fast friendly service and accept easy payment by cheque, BACs, credit or debit card.
